Huntington Rebel Gas Grill Review

I can no longer recommend the Huntington Rebel. A lot of people are having trouble with the grills. It pains me to say it but the guys over at Huntington are no longer creating a high-quality made in America product. If your in the market for a new grill, I suggest reading my under $200, $500, or $1000 articles.

You’re an American. A man who knows what he wants and is willing to do what it takes to get it.You’re grilling, you look up from your ribs and lock eyes with a curly-haired BLONDE. She is fit, wearing a pair of cut off daisy dukes and some short boots. A tiny white bikini up top. She is dancing with her friends and slowly walks over to you moving to the music. Leans into you and whispers softly in your ear… “let me have one of your ribs.“

This is not an uncommon event for a man with a new Huntington Grill. Whether you are bachelor throwing wild parties or a married man grilling at a family gathering, there will always be THAT beautiful woman that wants one of your ribs.

There is nothing more American than DAISY DUKES and RIBS, that’s why all Huntington grills are 100% made in the US of Mother  *!@ing A. NO cheap overseas garbage here, this is the real deal. It’s more expensive, but who cares, you’re buying quality and keeping people employed in the states. You’re 100% American and proud of it.

12.8″ Rebel Propane Gas Grill with Premium Rotisserie

huntington review

This Huntington Rebel Grill is the self-made man’s dream grill. It’s got everything, Why? Because it’s American and we demand the best.

You want power? It puts out 50,000 BTU’s. You want cooking area? You’ve got 805 sq. inches. Let me put that in perspective… it’s like having a whole football field in grill sq. inches. But there’s more.

Want to roast the shit out of some chickens? It’s got a rear-mounted rotisserie.

If you want the best America has to offer, buy this grill. You should buy it on Amazon and here is why.

  1. A friendly UPS driver will deliver it right to your door. No waiting in line, no hauling it in your car. No sore muscles or achy back the next day.
  2. Amazon has the best price 99% of the time. Amazon constantly watches competitor pricing and makes sure you get the best deal. They do a ton of business and take advantage of economies of scale, which means you get the savings!
  3. FREE shipping. Enough said.
  4. Returns are easy. Amazon recently shipped a car, and they ship a ton of large items, all day, every day. If they can ship a car, rest assured, you will get your grill in perfect condition. BUT if for any reason it comes damaged, it is super easy to return. Just print out a UPS label, slap it on the box and a friendly UPS driver will pick it up, free of charge. This is way easier than waiting in a return line at Home Depot and talking with a bored, angsty teenage sales clerk.

This is a curly-blonde-in-a-white-bikini-and-boots-attracting-rib-grilling-machine and no other grill compares. Be the man, get yourself this grill. Use the link below.

11.5″ Rebel Propane Gas Grill with Sure-Lite Electronic Ignition

huntington review

Not interested in roasting the shit out of the chickens? This Rebel 11.5 is the 12.8’s younger sister. Cute but doesn’t have quite as much experience. Don’t worry she’s still going to show you a good time

This is a quality built grill. The guys at Huntington did not skimp on the stainless steel. It’s beautiful and is going to attract attention, wrapped up in all that gorgeous stainless steel….mmmm. This thing is never going to rust.

But don’t let it’s looks seduce you, under the hood, this grill is powerful. 40,000 BTU’s at your fingertips. That’s enough to heat a hot dog from 0-400 in about 6 seconds. When you ignite it, stand back, you are going to feel it. This thing can get hot. But there is more.

Two side burners bring the cooking area up to 644 square inches. Enough space to cook just about anything. Grilling a whole elephant might be pushing it. But I encourage you to try.

If you want a dependable long-lasting grill, this one is the way to go. You should buy American and buy on Amazon and here is why.

This is also a curly-blonde-in-a-white-bikini-and-boots-attracting-rib-grilling-machine. Be the man, get yourself this grill. Amazon gives you the best price 99% of the time. Second, All the reviews are like having hundreds of really good friends give you their personal experience with the grill, then taking all of that personal experience and giving it a star rating. You’re buying quality when there are 100′s of fans of the grill. Third, they give free shipping! Enough said. No need to wait in line, your product will be delivered to your door. And lastly, if for some reason it comes damaged, it is super easy to return. Just print out a UPS label, slap it on the box and a friendly UPS driver will pick it up, free of charge. This is way easier than waiting in a return line at Home Depot and talking with a bored, angsty teenage sales clerk.

About Jason Wiley

I am a grill freak. I grill at least three nights a week. It's hard to pick my favorite thing to grill, but if I had to choose... it is still a tie between pork ribs and a juicy beef burger. I am currently grilling on a Weber S210 but my dream grill is definitely a summit. Those things are bad ass.

Anyways I would love to hear from you, leave a comment or question below!

The Huntington rebel grill is by far the worst grill I have ever owned or used. It is impossible to grill food without flame up with this grill, even on low.

      Hi Craig,

I appreciate you taking the time to give your experience. Im sorry its not performing well. It looks like Huntington is not putting out quality made in America products anymore.

I recently purchased a Hunnington Rebel natural gas Barby. The stainless trim looks good, but performance is not so good. The burners are frequently blown out in the slightest breeze when set about midway between low and high heat. I am tired of finding my food not cooked and a strong smell of gas indicating burners not lit. I would not buy this Barby again!

      Hi Tom,

Thanks for your personal experience with the grill. It looks like a lot of people are having issues with the Huntington Rebel grills. They look good but are not performing up to our high standards. It pains me because that this is one of the few made in America grills and I am not able to recommend it to people. Hopefully the people over at Huntington wake up and put out a better product soon.

Jason, it appears “Huntington Rebel”, has lost its charm. While performing due diligence and prior to purchase, I too was overly impressed with its qualities. My grill is less than 6 years old. Today, I question the “VALUES” of the item. My “Q” sits on the deck, broken. The body of this grill has a lifetime warranty, can there be anything better. The body has not failed, rather Its the interior parts that have failed. Oh, wait, those parts fall under the 2nd part of said warranty, or the limited warranty.
    * My coated porcelain grills began to fail at 3 years, today, the grills are unsafe for use. Many of the grill strips are worn through.
    * My stainless burners are worn out, and would require replacement of 3 of the four.
The cost to replace the failed parts, exceeds the cost of the grill. So that won’t be happening. Rather, I will begin to shop for the next grill and remove products manufactured by “Onward Manufacturing” from the list.

My 12.8 rebel is still running perfect after 6-7 years. Use it weekly. Don’t think I’ve ever had one issue besides the propane running out during cooking
